We are an independent, artisan roaster dedicated to the enjoyment of coffee through the preservation of the traditional art of coffee roasting and a fanatical quest for quality from origin to roast to cup. All of our roasting is done in small batches using a vintage German 1951 Ideal Rapid Gothot drum roaster. We roast only to order and only the finest single origins. Certifications: USDA Organic, Fair Trade, Kosher.

This is a completely chemical-free process, using only water and carbon filters, which has been fine-tuned to deliver uncompromised taste with virtually no caffeine. Just wanted to sing the praises of the now defunct Mass Food Delivery, run by @mycoterrafarm, and let folks know about their fundraiser. MFD was created during the early days of the pandemic to bring local food to folks at home, as well as helping local farms and businesses stay afloat. It became a a vital bridge for many households in Massachusetts. However, as folks returned to in person shopping, and with SNAP customers paying no or reduced delivery fees, MFD was no longer sustainable. With Mycoterra farm dedicated to local resilience and innovative food systems, as well as Julia and Jan being overall wonderful people (having worked closely with them ourselves), we’d like to ask for your support of their fundraiser if able, so they can continue to thrive.
